Session Billing
All enrollments must be secured with payment before lessons begin. Payments are accepted online, by phone, or in person at any Little Flippers Swim School. Payment information must be kept up to date. If payment is declined (even after multiple attempts), enrollment will not be confirmed. Session tuition is divided into monthly payments based on the number of lessons in that month, regardless of closures. When starting mid-month, the tuition will be prorated for the number of remaining lessons in the month.
Class payments are automatically charged to the credit card on file on the 20th of the prior month. For example, payment for the month of June will be processed on May 20th.
- If the 20th falls on a Saturday, tuition will be collected on the Friday prior, or if it falls on a Sunday, it will be processed on the following Monday.
- Dates may vary based on holidays.
- A credit card on file is required for monthly payments.
- Students are enrolled for the entire semester and committed the monthly payments within that semester.
IF PAYMENT IS NOT RECEIVED BY THE 1ST OF THE MONTH, THE ENROLLMENT WILL BE DROPPED AT THAT TIME.
Registration
Students may join at any time during a session if there is space in the desired class. Tuition will be prorated relative to the start date. We offer waitlists for any full classes and child can be put on multiple waitlists.
All registration for classes is done online through the CUSTOMER PORTAL
Anniversary Fee
A $35 fee is due with your first registration. If you continue enrollment, this fee will be automatically charged annually when your anniversary occurs.
Can I pay in cash or by check?
We do not accept cash or check payments.
Do you offer any discounts?
Yes! We offer two great ways to save on swim lessons:
Sibling Discount: Starting with the 2025 summer session (beginning June 24), enroll more than one child and receive 10% off group lessons for each additional child (discount applied to the lowest tuition).
Swim More, Save More: Enroll your child in lessons twice a week and get 20% off the second weekly class.
These discounts apply to group lessons only and are automatically applied during enrollment.
How do I withdraw my child from the program?
We take all drop requests in writing via email to maintain a written record. All drop requests are processed by a manager and followed up on via email.
